The Interpersonal Communication and Counselling Skills Training Handout is used by the partici[pants.  It focuses on improving quality of care in NURHI selected high volume sites; integrating family planning /child spacing into existing services using innovative approaches; facilitating and promoting public- private partnership; increasing knowledge, generate demand for and foster supply of contraceptives; advocating for an enabling policy environment and increased funding mechanism for family planning.
